Relaxed Cliffside Elopement in Oregon
My first time in Oregon was truly an unforgettable trip! My husband and I chased waterfalls, walked to the edge of cliffs, drove from one town to another each day, and ate A LOT. I really wanted to experience Oregon while I was there working, and I’m so glad we did.
This afternoon with Bobby + Keelie was a typical, rainy March day for Oregon. We decided to explore the Columbia River Gorge together, and it was truly breathtaking. On the way there, the weather wasn’t looking great. In fact, as my husband and I were driving it felt like it was getting worse and worse. However, we had all decided to move forward no matter what. It was just rain, so I figured if nothing else, we’ll have a moody and very wet afternoon together! Fortunately, as we peered past the bend in the road, I could see ahead the sun trying to peak out and the rain suddenly completely stopped. It decided to not reappear for the remainder of our time together. Gotta love crazy Oregon weather!!
We had the entire cliff to ourselves. We took our time, listened to some country music, and just enjoyed the cool, March breeze. Bobby + Keelie were able to enjoy this time alone for themselves, and just be present in the moment together.
